My Story
NYC-Based Health Coach
A personal journey from chronic stress and illness to understanding how to work with the body instead of against it.
For years, I worked long hours, trained hard, and ate clean. On paper, my life looked healthy and full. In reality, my body was slowly breaking down.
And the more I ignored what I was feeling internally, the louder the signals became.
Fatigue became constant. Brain fog set in. Digestive issues and chronic inflammation took over. My nervous system was always on edge, and daily life began to feel unpredictable.
I saw everyone — MDs, DOs, naturopaths, gastroenterologists, rheumatologists. I spent thousands trying to fix individual symptoms, but no one was looking at the bigger picture. That disconnect frustrated me deeply.
I had supportive family and friends, but the experience itself was isolating. When I looked for support, I rarely saw men having honest conversations about chronic stress, burnout, or illness. Most spaces felt either overly negative or overly transactional.
That gap is part of what pushed me to build something different — an approach rooted in nervous system regulation, metabolic health, somatic work, and sustainable practices focused on creating real energy, not just managing symptoms.
I learned that healing requires energy, and most modern lifestyles drain it faster than the body can restore it.

Everything began to change when I started learning about the nervous system.
I realized my body wasn't fighting against me, it was protecting me. Years of stress, pressure, and unresolved tension had kept my system in a constant state of survival. My symptoms weren't random. They were signals that something needed to change.
I began studying how stress affects the body, how energy is produced and depleted, and how nervous system regulation shapes long-term health. I came to understand that healing wasn't about forcing my body to heal, it was about rebuilding the conditions for energy, safety, and resilience to exist again.
Instead of pushing down signals and emotions like I had my entire life, I started listening to them.
I stopped chasing perfect protocols and miracle supplements. Instead, I focused on what actually moved the needle for my body.
Day by day, as my nervous system began to feel safer, my body responded differently.
The brain fog lifted. Digestion improved. The hives and inflammation faded. Flares still happened occasionally, but I developed a system for understanding what my body needed instead of panicking or overriding it.
I rebuilt my approach to movement, recovery, and daily life. I explored fitness in a way that supported my body rather than depleted it. I made space for rest, stillness, and regulation. I leaned into somatic practices like yin yoga and EMDR therapy.
Real progress didn't come from forcing my way back to health. It came from learning how to regulate my system and creating enough energy for my body to recover.
I'm still healing, but I now see health as an ongoing relationship with my body rather than a destination. Not something to fix, but something to understand, work with, and build over time.
Today, I work with men who are going through what I went through — capable, driven men who look high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, depleted, or stuck.
Many of my clients are navigating chronic illness, burnout, or long-term stress. Others come to improve their energy, resilience, and overall health before things reach that point.
I'm passionate about this work because I know how isolating these experiences can be. My goal is to help men understand their bodies, build lasting health, and support those going through the struggles I once faced.
I don't promise cures or quick fixes. I'm not a doctor, and I don't pretend to be. What I offer is practical, grounded support based on lived experience, ongoing learning, and working closely with others navigating similar challenges.

This is not about following a rigid protocol. It's about learning what your body needs and building practices that support it consistently.
My work draws from nervous system regulation, metabolic health, somatic practices, strength training, and lifestyle design.
This work is about building sustainable strength, not chasing shortcuts.
