Who I Am
I spent years pushing through burnout and chronic symptoms while telling myself everything was fine. I looked healthy and high-functioning, but my body was breaking down underneath it.
That path led to chronic illness, nervous system dysregulation, and severe gut and immune issues that forced me to completely rethink how I approached health.
What I share comes from lived experience, ongoing study, and working with men navigating similar challenges.
